This up/down Spanish Duplex was in peril, lingering for months on the MLS after falling out of contract. The neglect of its finishes and major system (Boiler, Roof, etc.) obsolescence put off even the most serious investors.

After not walking the duplex for 8 weeks we placed a bet on its amazing walkability within Linden Hills and its sprawling vintage originality.
