In an age shaped by machine learning and social media, we set out to create a heightened analog experience — one centered on genuine connection and lasting memories. PinePoint comes to life through a vintage cabin nestled among towering Norway pines, perfectly positioned along 600 feet of west-facing shoreline.

Our goal with PinePoint was to offer a nostalgic, all-senses-engaged experience for our families, friends, and Airbnb guests — a deliberate return to simpler pleasures. Alongside that, we sought to explore how owning a seasonal cabin, as generations before us did, could still make financial sense in today’s economic landscape — a puzzle well worth solving.
